| due to small differences in the wastegate actuator pre-loading. Having a bias adjustment that allows you to send a little more or less pressure to one turbo's wastegate actuator is beneficial in balancing the A/F between the two banks of the engine. Just because you buy a set of turbochargers that are pre-built doesn't mean that the wastegate actuators are totally balanced. This is the 2nd biggest problem I end up fixing while tuning cars - following closely to fuel system problems.
